Xiaomi has officially announced the release date for the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro, putting an end to the numerous speculations surrounding the company’s upcoming T series smartphones. As per tradition, Xiaomi has kept most of the specifics about the Xiaomi 13T series under wraps, opting to tease the series as a ‘promising masterpiece on the horizon.’
What to expect from Xiaomi
Both the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro have recently received SIRIM certification, indicating that Xiaomi might announce their availability either on the same day or at a later time. However, there are speculations circulating that the Xiaomi 13T Pro could potentially be a rebranded international version of the Redmi K60 Ultra.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 13T series is anticipated to sport a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset with the potential for up to 16GB of RAM. It is also expected to run MIUI 14, based on Android 13, right out of the box. Listings in neighbouring countries, such as Singapore’s IMDA and Thailand’s TKDN, suggest a range of memory configurations, 5G capability, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
Xiaomi 13T Price & Specs
The Xiaomi 13T offers impressive specifications, including storage options of up to 512GB with 12GB of RAM, utilizing UFS 3.1 for the 128GB version and UFS 4.0 for the 256GB/512GB variants. The device boasts a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, resulting in a pixel density of 414 ppi.
