The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro (STP MNE) has announced a Public Call for evaluators to assess applications submitted for the Tenant Admission to the Science and Technology Park. This initiative aims to ensure that the evaluation process is conducted by highly skilled and experienced professionals in relevant fields.
Criteria for Selection
The selection of evaluators will be based on their skills, experience, and knowledge relevant to the assigned duties. Interested evaluators must meet the following conditions:
- Educational Qualifications: At least VII1 qualification level of education in specific scientific research fields or other fields related to innovation.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in applied and/or development research or in the field of innovation.
- Evaluation Experience: At least 3 years of experience in evaluating applied and/or development scientific research or innovative programs and projects, or experience in project management, implementation, and control of such programs and projects.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian, or Croatian languages.
Evaluators are required to provide evidence of fulfilling these conditions.
Evaluation Process
The evaluation will be conducted primarily via an online platform, with occasional sessions at the STP MNE premises if necessary. During the application evaluation process, evaluators will:
- Gain access to all assigned applications.
- Familiarize themselves with the Rulebook on the criteria for education and the operation of the Commission for the evaluation of applications.
- Report and verify any conflicts of interest in accordance with the Statement of Impartiality and Confidentiality, which will be part of the consulting services agreement. Competent persons at STP MNE are responsible for informing the evaluators about these requirements.
