The Technology Park Split (TP Split) is officially opening its doors, with a first wave of tenants ready to move into their new offices. This tech hub is set to accelerate the growth of innovation-driven companies in Croatia by offering dedicated office space and incubation support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MPSs) and startups. Following the first public call for office leases, 31 out of the 51 available units have been leased, filling TP Split with energy and promise as 32 businesses begin their work in this cutting-edge environment.
Who Are the First Tenants?
The companies leasing offices at TP Split come from a variety of high-tech industries, creating a diverse ecosystem aimed at fostering collaboration and development. A total of 26 MPS companies will occupy 31 office units in TP Split. These companies are expected to contribute significantly to the city’s growing reputation as a hub for technological innovation and economic development. Some of the notable companies include:

Incubation for Startups
Alongside the MPS companies, six promising startups will begin their journey in TP Split’s incubation offices, with five of these businesses receiving additional support from the City of Split, covering 50% of their monthly fees under the “de minimis” support regulation for young companies. These startups include:

Coworking for Flexibility and Collaboration
In addition to the tenants occupying private offices, seven companies have chosen to utilize the FIX DESK package, which provides a flexible coworking space within TP Split. This option allows companies to work from a collaborative environment without committing to a private office, ideal for growing teams or freelancers who seek the benefits of a tech-focused community.
