What is the Visa She’s Next Project?
She’s Next is Visa’s global initiative aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs. The mission of the project is to provide women with support through education, mentoring, and the resources needed to start and improve their own businesses. The initiative aims to help women overcome the challenges they face in entrepreneurship, increase their market presence, and achieve economic success and independence.
The She’s Next project was launched in 2019 and has since been successfully implemented in numerous countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Nigeria, South Africa, and many others. Through this initiative, Visa has supported thousands of women entrepreneurs, helping them grow their businesses, expand their networks, and achieve their goals. She’s Next is now coming to Montenegro, with the aim of empowering local entrepreneurs and encouraging their growth and development.

What Can You Expect from Mentoring Within the Visa She’s Next Project?
This program is designed to provide an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to improve their business skills and achieve sustainable growth of their businesses. After the application period ends, we will carefully select 25 exceptional female entrepreneurs to participate in this unique and transformative mentoring program.
Each participant will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will provide personalized guidance and support, tailored to the specific needs and goals of the entrepreneur. Participants will have the opportunity to determine a key area of their business in which they want mentorship, such as financial planning, marketing strategy, operational management, or leadership development. This targeted approach will ensure that mentoring is relevant and impactful, addressing the most critical challenges facing female entrepreneurs.
Mentors Who Make a Difference
Mentors will play a key role in this program, providing their expertise, experience, and insights to help participants navigate the complexities of running and growing a business. Working closely with their mentees, mentors will provide practical advice, strategic planning, and moral support. This flexible and adaptive approach will ensure that each participant receives comprehensive and relevant help, using a wide network of knowledge and resources.

Spreading Knowledge Through Educational Workshops and Inspiring Stories
In addition to mentoring, the Visa She’s Next project in Montenegro also includes a series of educational workshops that will cover various aspects of business, such as digital marketing, e-commerce, legal and financial aspects, and business strategy development. These free workshops will provide female entrepreneurs with practical knowledge and skills that they can immediately apply in their business.
Also, as part of the program, a media campaign will be launched that will highlight successful stories of female entrepreneurs. During the duration of the project, a series of six video interviews will be produced and published with successful female entrepreneurs who will share their experiences, challenges, and victories. These inspiring videos, along with detailed blog posts, will be available on the website and YouTube channel of the Digitalizuj.Me association.
