The 7th Regional E-Commerce Conference titled “E-commerce: Untangling Potential!” is set to take place on November 12 in Skopje, bringing together representatives from leading global brands such as TikTok, OpenAI, Klarna, and ZEOS by Zalando. The conference will host over 700 participants from more than 10 countries, marking it as one of the most significant e-commerce events in the region.
The event promises to be the largest and most content-rich edition yet, featuring keynotes, panel discussions, and informal talks. It will explore critical areas such as delivery and logistics, e-payments, data-driven marketing, and the use of artificial intelligence in e-commerce. Participants will also benefit from a unique platform for networking, supported by an innovative exhibition concept aimed at enhancing interaction and knowledge exchange.
Among the confirmed speakers is Celeste Fejzo from OpenAI, who will discuss how AI technologies like ChatGPT are transforming e-commerce. Boban Ljubinovski from Klarna will share insights on flexible payment methods such as the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model, while Bojan Dolenc from ZEOS by Zalando will present innovations in logistics optimization.
In addition to the rich lineup of speakers, the 2024 e-commerce analysis report covering the entire Western Balkans will be officially presented. Attendees will also learn from regional e-commerce companies that have successfully capitalized on the sector’s potential.
